Jarak antara Jepun dan LA California lebih dari 6,000 km. Bagi ikan, jarak sedemikian tidak menjadi problem bagi makhluk ini. Mengikut USGS, gempa bumi mulai direkodkan di Jepun berlaku pada 9 mac 2011 pada skala 7.2. Gempa susulan terus berlaku dan berlaku. Kini masih lagi berlaku...
Mungkin ikan ini dah mendapat isyarat 'wave' yang kuat sehingga saraf2 mereka tidak dapat berfungsi dengan baik... yang menjadi sebab kepada kematian. Wallahu'alam.
